The library offers basic tech help with a library staff member or an AmeriCorps member through the University of Idaho’s Digital Economy Program. We can help with setting up email, online applications, printing forms, e-readers/Ipads, social media, general computer tasks, book suggestions, and more.
The staff is not permitted to assist with computer troubleshooting, setting up a laptop, credit card/money transactions, tasks involving confidential information, or typing jobs.
Appointments can be up to one hour long. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your request.
